At Taglos, all pieces are released in limited quantities and many items are one-of-one. Because of the exclusive nature of our drops, all sales are final.



No Refunds or Exchanges


All purchases are final sale.


We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Your message must include:

Order number

Clear photos of the damage

A brief description of the issue


If approved, we may offer:

A replacement (if available)

Store credit

Or a refund at our discretion



Incorrect Shipping Address


Taglos is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.



Lost or Stolen Packages


Taglos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.



Chargebacks & Fraud


We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claims where delivery confirmation is shown. Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future service.
